This is our second stay at the Sofitel hotel Heathrow and once again it was perfect. Our room was upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise that we really appreciated. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, which makes a good night’s sleep easy. We enjoyed a lovely meal and a drink in the restaurant. The connection to Terminal 5 makes it so easy to wonder across and check in. We’re staying here again later in the year so, yes, we highly recommend.

I visited Spa - Supervisor was very nice lovely and provided very high quality services. Her colleagues provided me excellent full body massage, another college provided me very good customer service at the counter, the lovely beautiful therapist provided me very excellent manicure and pedicure with gel finish also hand and feet massage. What made it so very friendly too that we all got very friendly chat about any thing. Very satisfied. They have provided me their names with the trip advisor card but I have lost most of card during my travel. Guest relation - I visited there last minute before my boarding. The supervisor was more than helpful and helped me to get my parcel ordered to be collected by Royal mail. This service and supervisor was excellent. My parcel still not collected successfully. I will contact the department to find out if there's any difficulty there. I stayed there in the hotel for 4 nights and everything was amazing. Top services. Definitely would recommend it and will come back again. Thank you.

Strana is great

This is a very good place to spend a day or so in transit. The facilities and club are first class. The staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, Strana in the fitness center goes out of her way to be helpful and is at all times positive and friendly!

One night stay with the Sofitel Spa treatment

I booked a room for one night with the spa package included. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. I had a facial treatment at the Sofitel Spa and it was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to the two lovely ladies at the spa Tanya (who performed the treatment) and Strana (who booked my appointment). Such a lovely, kind and friendly ladies. 100% recommended.

Bad customer service from the duty manager / man wearing a suit behind the desk and the reason for this review is that there was discrimination about using the sofa chairs in the lobby and was having a very unreasonable senseless response to the situation.they should try and work on their customer service specially from the management team
